Having company over? Need to whip up something that takes 5 minutes to make and will be ready to serve in, say 20 minutes?

Try these coconut macaroons. They’re delicious! These were made with the help of my 6-year old. Eggshells and all! That’s how easy it is!

You need:

  • 50 g/1,8 Oz of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 dl/half a cup of sugar
  • 200 g/ 7 Oz grated coconut
  • Grated zest of half a lemon – or to your liking
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes at 175 degrees Cel./ 350 Fahrenheit
  • Dip in melted chocolate when cooled – optional
To make:
Mix everything, shape into little peaks, bake. When cooled, you might dip them in melted chocolate. If you want. They’re excellent without too.
